Hi,
First, thanks to Alex for putting together these film simulation profiles. I went from using 1-2 memory slots in my Sony to cursing my camera for not having 30 slots! Really great stuff.
One thing that might be helpful for those us not coming from professional photography is a brief description of the simulations (1-2 sentences). For example, it seems the Simulations PDF includes both Alex's great work targeting the Fuji Film Simulations, but that's combined with say the Kodak film simulations, and a handful which seems to be Alex's own creations (EvPro?, Senova Light?, Oktar?). I'd love to have a bit more clarity on this as I explore them.
For example, there're two versions of the Kodachrome 64. What's that about? Also, I love the look of the Leica Chrome 64. I understand this is neither targeting an existing film stock nor a fuji simulation, but rather Alex's take on the Leica look?
Thanks again for the good work!
On my last trip, in Warsaw, I had the X-T5 then and used Portra 400 ( Fuji weekly ) in the old town. The photos came out great with all the colored buildings and whoever appeared on the photos had great skin tones !
