Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you need to be 7 days prior the class. Not showing up or not conforming to this policy concludes in loosing the deposit paid, and will be marked as a completed class. Missed classes will not be substituted with new free appointments. The clients need to book a new class which will be paid for again. If you let me know 7 days prior the online class, then I can reschedule my plans for the week, but if not, then I would be loosing time and money, so I hope you can understand the reasoning.
