I'm enjoying trying out the film simulations but wondered if I need to tweak them to match my old A7Rii old colour science?

Hey! Since it was released back in August 2015, there's a good chance your setup might need a few tweaks.
To get a better idea, could you send me one photo taken with Kodak Gold and another with Fuji 400H?
With both a warm and a cool film look, I’ll be able to figure out what general adjustments your camera needs.

S-Gamut3 and S-Gamut are almost identical in terms of colors, so you can use that as well. Older models will have less pleasing colors obviously, especially the ones with highly magenta/green cast, but many of these differences can be fixed by adjusting the color filter + color phase in the picture profile menu. I have multiple articles explaining the whole process, and you can check them out on the blog at the 'how to section'.

Thanks and yeah I don't expect it will match 100% because the lens used can also impact the colors/contrast. I will check the how-to guide soon!A follow-up question, If I create the 2 pictures you requested above (Fuji/Kodak Gold) with the camera, do you mind helping with a starting point where and what I should take into account when adjusting for my camera?
