I loaded the Portra 160 recipe and tried to adjust the ISO to 160 on my a7III and it says I can't because it's not available for the Cine4 Gamma. Is this specific to my camera or does that gamma setting always require a minimum of 200?

Most comeras require an iso of 200 for cine4. Different cameras require different isos for individual gammas. Explained, the RX100 VI has a first base of 1000 iso for slog2, while other cameras have 800 or even 640 iso. Base iso varies with each camera. But yeah, cine4 usually has a base of 200 iso.
