I don't usually bother recreating user designed Fujifilm recipes, but I kept getting requests for this one so I finally thought fuck it, let’s do it.

Here’s a straight comparison and the settings. This was shot on an a6700 with the Sony 16-55mm G compared to the Fuji X-T5. Obviously, different glass and sensors have their own DNA, so results vary depending on the gear you're using, but this comes super close straight out of camera. In the end I was so surprised by the results that I actually had to double-check I hadn't mixed up the files by accident.

One thing I noticed is that the a6700 needs to be underexposed by about half a stop to match the X-T5 exposure.
The Screen Struggle: It’s incredibly annoying that neither Sony nor Fuji can produce an accurate nor matching screen and EVF in terms of color and contrast. On both brands, the back screen looks completely different from the EVF and both screens look completely off form a calibrated monitor. Fuji's backscreen is often green and desaturated compared to the EVF. You simply cannot rely on them.
Anyway, here is the recipe. Have fun with it & I really can't wait to see what you create.
If you get some good ones, definitely share your shots over on the official Sony film simulation subreddit!
